About the Artist :
Georgina Tan begin her art journey in Oct 13. She treasures the solitude times she spent Infront of the canvas. For her, each stroke lay is a conversation held as every color is a prayer pray. She likes to try different media although she tends to lean toward acrylic and oil.
She started to take part in the join exhibition held by a small group of local Christian Artists in the July 2014. They held an exhibition almost every 2 years to document and share their faith journey through their art pieces. She looks forward to that as it encourages her push beyond. She also never fails to be amazed by how other artists bring forth His message in such variety of powerful and yet beautiful way. These wonderful pieces encourage and gives her fresh ideas to paint more.
To her, this journey is a paradox. It a journey of solitude with Him and yet is a joint journey of liked minded artists to cheer each other on.

“Roar” He say.
“It will sound like a squeal” the lion cub protest.
“Roar” He say, “The creation is waiting”
“It will be weak” the lion cub looks down.
“Roar,” He say “If you never start, you never will. It never is about you but who you reveal.” Then He lifted up His head and a deep mighty roar come forth,” And I got your back.” The earth trembles and the lion cub lifted up his head.
As the Father reveal the sons. The sons reveal the Father.
